Frettens' thriving property department continues to grow with the announcement of some new arrivals and a host of promotions for key people.

Matthew Fretten on the firm’s continued growth
Matthew Fretten, Managing Partner, said: “In what has been a continued and unprecedented period of growth at the firm, I am delighted to announce this latest series of promotions.
It’s great to recognise seven members of our team for their remarkable contributions to the firm, especially so soon after our last set of promotions.
We’ve seen some really well-balanced growth in all departments across the firm, with Property being a contributing factor in that. It is fantastic to see the people responsible for the department’s success thrive, develop and progress their careers.”
Clare Hallett on the property department’s progress
Clare Hallett says: “As Residential Property Partner, I have seen Laura and Jade develop and apply their skillsets within the department first-hand. I am committed to developing all of my team and delight in watching them flourish and grow in confidence.
Both they and Jennifer, along with all members of the department as a whole, have had a significant, measurable impact on our success over the last few years and are thoroughly deserving of their promotions.
It’s great that other key people in our property teams have been appreciated, with Niki, Will, Patsy and Hannah all being recognised by my fellow partners in these promotions.
These latest promotions are certainly indicative of the substantial growth that we’ve seen across the property department.”
The Arrivals
In addition to our host of promotions, we’ve also been busy recruiting new members to our property team; with four new arrivals.
Chartered Legal Executive Jo Weller has joined the firm's Conveyancing department and will work closely with Clare Hallett, Head of the team in Christchurch.
The team is also bolstered by the recent arrivals of two administrators; Edward Carter and Lucie Luther, as well as Becky Langley who rejoins the firm as a paralegal.
Matthew Fretten on the recent arrivals
Matthew continues: “Recruitment is a big part of any business and has certainly been at the heart of our sustained success.
The incredible work of our property team is reflected in our recruitment. Simply put, the amount of work that the team continues to generate, has led to the department’s expansion.
In addition to recruitment, the driving force behind our growth plans is to retain the fantastic team of experts we have put together already and give them the opportunity to develop and progress their careers at Frettens.
I’m very proud of both the firm and property department’s growth, and am glad to be able to appreciate that today through these promotions and arrivals.”
