To kick off 2025, Frettens announced four well-deserved staff promotions in our Conveyancing and Corporate & Commercial Teams.
Despite usually making our promotions at the start of the financial year, these ones just couldn’t wait.
The Promotions
Zoe Watson, who joined our growing Corporate & Commercial Team in late 2022, has earned a promotion from Solicitor to Associate after two fantastic years with us.
As a result, our Commercial Department continues to be one of the largest in the area, with three team members now at associate level or higher.
In addition to Zoe, three staff members have been promoted within our Conveyancing Team; Laura Mabin, Charlotte Pottinger and Edward Carter.
Laura has been promoted to Conveyancing Associate, just a year after passing her CILEx in October 2023, with the experienced Charlotte also rising to Associate.
Lastly, Edward has been promoted to Conveyancing Paralegal, where he’ll continue to assist Charlotte with all aspects of residential sales and purchases.

Clare Hallett on the growth in her team
