Heather Varley
Heather has considerable expertise and experience in the elderly client arena, particularly in relation to local authority care funding advice. Heather has been recognised in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Legal 500 which is an independent legal directory.
Heather qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2002 and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
She works in our Wills & Probate Team, specialising in dealing with wills, powers of attorney and the general affairs of the elderly. This includes homes visits, Court of Protection Orders and the administration of estates.
Heather makes awesome cupcakes, which are always popular in the office. Heather’s ultimate holiday destination is Tortola, via a cruise ship circling the globe. When not dreaming of exotic holidays, Heather is interested in genealogy and spending time with her family – not bad for a (very young!) Grandma of thirteen, Great-Grandmother of 2!!!!

Mr MeadI have to say without a shadow of doubt - 'you are a top grade law firm' with outstanding ethics. You have handled my aunts estate effortlessly, the communications always open and transparent - more than pleased.

Ms TaylorVery prompt action by Heather Varley once we required the document, particularly when she was working from home. Also for arranging a duplicate when the original was delayed in the post.
