I joined Frettens in March 2000 as an unqualified fee earner, qualified as a very junior legal executive and was made Associate some time ago, so you could say I've been here a while!
The reason for that is it’s a lovely place to work, the atmosphere is great, everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble especially, if you have something that you can’t get your head round! I like that there are lots of different types of work that I do and even though the procedures for each type of work are the same, the clients make the variants challenging. I don’t use the flexible hours often but they are handy if I need to start and leave early.
