Michelle is an experienced employment lawyer, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters, acting primarily for employers.
Work
Prior to joining Frettens, Michelle was a partner in two specialist employment law firms for a total of almost 14 years; after qualifying in 2006. She advises in relation to all employment issues that may arise during recruitment, the employment relationship and termination.
Michelle is a keen advocate, representing her clients in Employment Tribunals across the country.
She acts for a wide variety of clients across different sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, finance, education, healthcare and communication.
Michelle listens and understands each client’s needs, priding herself on becoming part of each client’s team and providing commercially astute and pragmatic advice.
