Jennifer primarily acts on behalf of private individuals buying and selling residential properties. She works closely with local estate agencies to ensure their clients have the best possible service. Jennifer focuses on communicating clearly with her clients as well as using her initiative and experience to allow transactions to proceed in more complex situations.
Work
Jennifer began her career in residential property in 2012 and is a Conveyancing Associate dealing with all aspects of conveyancing including sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
She often deals with the more complicated transactions where she takes a proactive approach in finding solutions. Jennifer particularly likes the challenge of dealing with unregistered properties.
She is an Associate Member of CILEx (ACILEx) and is assisted by Paralegal, Nathan Watson.

Jennifer has recently discovered a passion for DIY having purchased her new flat. Jennifer also has an interest in cars and especially formula 1. Jennifer loves to watch films and enjoys cooking in her spare time as well as socialising as much as possible!
