Hem is a qualified Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team.

Work

Hem joined Frettens as a Paralegal in November 2021 assisting the Corporate and Commercial team drafting ancillary documents, undertaking legal research and carrying out post-completion filing amongst others, whilst also building on her experience.

She moved to the Dispute Resolution team to complete her final seat in her training contract and sat her final exams in October 2023. She is now back in the Corporate and Commercial team and on 1 May 2024 qualified as a Solicitor.

She completed her LLM incorporating the LPC from BPP University and LLB from the University of Winchester. Prior to that she worked as an analyst in a leading construction and development company for a number of years in London before relocating to Bournemouth.

When she is not working, Hem enjoys going to the New Forest or the beach with her family - beach holidays are a bonus. She is also a good cook (Mauritian dishes all the way) although she is still experimenting with the more traditional ones.
