Trainee HR Services Advisor

Francesca is a Trainee HR Services Advisor and is also PA to the Employment Team, working alongside Head of HR Services, Nathan Andrews.

Work

Francesca originally joined Frettens as a Legal Secretary in the Insolvency and Employment departments, gaining a solid foundation in these complex and dynamic areas of legal practice. Recently promoted to Trainee HR Services Advisor, she now works alongside Nathan Andrews, Head of HR Services, to deliver specialist HR support to our clients. Francesca is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is currently working towards her CIPD qualifications.

Before joining Frettens, Francesca completed a two-year programme of study in Civil Engineering at the University of the West of England in Bristol. She is also passionate about interior design, recently completing a diploma in this field.

Outside of work Francesca likes to take full advantage of living close to the beach by visiting it as much as possible. She also loves to spend her free time reading when she can.
