HR / Operations Manager

Catharine is the firms HR & Operations Manager and is responsible for monitoring and improving our organisational processes, working to improve performance, productivity and efficiency.

Work

Catharine joined Frettens in 2014 and previously worked as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing Team for a period of around 2 years and is now HR / Operations Manager. Being a very varied role, Catharine is responsible for all HR functions relating to our 75+ strong team in our Christchurch and Ringwood offices, along with the Facilities Management of these sites.

Catharine moved to Christchurch, her husband’s childhood hometown, with their young children nearly 15 years ago. She now spends a lot of time being a taxi driver to her teenagers! Catharine enjoys spending time at their beach hut - weather permitting and relishes a bit of retail therapy. When there’s an opportunity for a night out, she loves a good film, a good meal or a good party!
