Taking exactly the same format as our ever-popular Christchurch event, with no networking formalities, we invite business owners to enjoy a gourmet three course lunch in a relaxed environment with their contemporaries from across the area.
As our guest speaker, we are delighted to welcome James Forman, Group Executive Chef for The New Forest Hotels Group. He will talk about the company’s journey from family business to now owning 5 exclusive properties across the New Forest, and how food has played such a huge part in the business’ success.
Classically British and French trained, James has previously spent 4 years as Group Executive Chef, 2 years’ at the prestigious Relias & Chateaux Wedgewood Hotel in Vancouver and more recently at Holbrook House in Somerset and the contemporary kitchens of Cotswold House in Chipping Campden, where he was awarded a Michelin Rising Star and three AA Rosettes. Bringing a wealth of experience with over 20 years’ in the industry, James’s aim is always to deliver natural, honest food with provenance and has a passion for simpler food with personality and soul.
