Employment Solicitor Paul Burton and Commercial Property Solicitor Kerry Houston-Kypta have both been promoted to Associate status at Frettens Solicitors.
Paul joined Frettens in 2009 and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, contracts and policies. He represents both companies and employees and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He has also been recommended in this year’s Chambers and Partners, an independent legal directory.
Kerry qualified in 2004 and has been with Frettens for two years. She has vast experience of a wide range of commercial property work, including sales and purchases of commercial premises, both freehold and leasehold and acting for landlords and tenants in commercial leases In addition, Kerry acts for developers in the process of putting in place options or conditional contracts, through to site acquisitions and plot sales.
