Frettens Solicitors is delighted to announce that Nathan Andrews has joined our team as Head of HR Services from 1 July 2024.
Nathan is an experienced HR professional who has spent the last seven years running his own successful HR business, Okana.
He will join Michelle Kemp’s Employment and HR team and will work closely with Michelle, Chris and Kate, whilst also enabling us to offer new and complimentary services including:
- Workplace Mediation
- Employment Investigations
- HR Case Management
- HR Training
Nathan Andrews on joining the firm
Nathan has over 18 years of people management experience, having gained experience as an in-house HR Manager and HR Director at a variety of different sectors.
On top of this, he is a CIPD Level 7 qualified People Management Specialist with a deep understanding of UK employment law.
Nathan says: “Joining Frettens is a fantastic opportunity for me to leverage my expertise in a broader context working in an established, larger firm. I am excited to work alongside Michelle Kemp and the employment team to develop a comprehensive HR Consultancy Service.
My focus will remain on providing clear, pragmatic, and effective HR solutions to complex workplace issues. I look forward to continuing my journey in this dynamic environment.”

Nathan brings a comprehensive people management skillset to the firm, which means that we are now able to offer a myriad of new HR Services to our clients.

Michelle Kemp is Head of the firm’s Employment Team and will be working closely with Nathan.
