At Frettens, we embrace the ‘resolution together’ ‘one couple, one lawyer’ model, that allows ex-partners to use the same single lawyer to get a divorce.

The resolution together route can be much cheaper than a traditional divorce, as only one lawyer will need to be instructed, and can lead to a quicker solution as there won’t be multiple lawyers conducting negotiations.
