Frettens are delighted to announce the launch of our new specialist social housing team.

Ben Cobb will be heading up the team with Oonagh McKinney, the pair having gained a reputation for their work on property acquisitions for registered social landlords, which was commended in this year’s Legal 500 Guide.

“I am delighted to head up this new social housing team, so that we can increase our offering of services to registered providers of social housing, housing associations, investors and developers of social housing and support/care providers.

We can assist with acquisitions, leases, all ancillary documentations in relation to social housing portfolios and dispute resolution.”

Meet the team

Ben and Oonagh will be assisted by Sharon Windsor and are joined by new a new team member, solicitor Hannah Martin.
