Frettens extend specialist lease team

Frettens are thrilled to announce the addition of two new team members to their specialist Lease Extension and Enfranchisement Team.

Two more new faces at Frettens

Anne Albritton joins the team as an associate. Ann has a vast experience of lease extensions and freehold purchases, both statutory and open market. She specialises in residential lease extensions, lease assignments, lease renewals, buying the freehold of flats and apartments together with Right to Manage and Right of First Refusal.

Hannah Faith also joined the team as a paralegal. A graduate of Law at Winchester University in 2016, Hannah has spent her career since working in, and developing her knowledge of this specialist area of property law.

Anne and Hannah will be based at Frettens’ new Ringwood office when it opens in the spring and will join a growing team headed up by Niki Adkins.

“I am delighted to have Anne joining our specialist leasehold team. Having worked with her previously, I know the high quality of her work and the depth of her experience well. Hannah will also be a fantastic asset for the firm and will add depth to our growing team.

Niki refers to the planned reforms to leasehold law that were announced earlier this month as part of the government’s ‘biggest changes to property law in 40 years’ that you can read about here.
