Localism Bill - Property Seminar

Frettens Solicitors and Planning Consultants Tanner & Tilley invite you to a seminar examining the latest position on the Government’s proposals to introduce ‘localism’ into planning decision making. We will look at how this will affect local developers, communities and the way in which local authorities carry out their planning functions.

With the opportunity to put questions to the local planning authority, the event is a must for any local developer, architect or other professional involved in development and construction.

Frettens will give an overview of how localism changes will impact on site acquisition and planning obligations. Tanner & Tilley will explain how developers can use localism to the best advantage to secure planning permissions in the face of increased community involvement in the process. Christchurch Borough Council will give the perspective of the Local Authority Planning Officer and the impact on policy formulation and decision making.
