Employment Law Training

We offer a quarterly training session on Employment Law and HR issues. The sessions include a briefing from our employment specialists on a set topic and a practical discussion, working through hypothetical situations.

Paul and Kate will cover the topical subject of Employment Status at the November event. There has been a lot of case law recently on this difficult subject and therefore it should be of interest to those dealing with determining the status of their staff.

The Employment Law Training will be aimed at those managing HR issues, whether at Director or assistant level. They provide an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to meet, share ideas and discuss employment issues, learning from Employment lawyers and also their contemporaries.
