Employment Law Training

We offer a quarterly training session on Employment Law and HR issues. The sessions include a briefing from our employment specialists on a set topic and a practical discussion, working through hypothetical situations.

In the first training session of the year, Paul and Kate will review the 10 most significant employment case law decisions of 2015.

Key judgements of 2015 include cases concerning working time, holiday pay, whistleblowing, annual leave during sick absence, redundancy consultations, disability discrimination and the role of HR in disciplinary hearings.

Paul and Kate will look at these important judgments and discuss what they mean in practice for employers.
