Pension Auto-Enrolment: Employers Duties and Obligations - 24th August 2011
We now offer a quarterly training session on Employment Law and HR issues. The sessions are longer than our previous events and include a briefing from our employment specialists on a set topic and practical discussion and working through hypothetical situations.
The topic for August's event will be Pension auto-enrolment focussing on employers duties and obligations. This promises to be a huge shake up to the pensions regime when it starts being rolled out in October 2012. Employers needs to start preparing now to ensure they do not fall foul of the myriad of duties and obligations the new regime will place on them and to avoid the fines and penalties that non compliance may bring.
Our Employment Law Training sessions are aimed at those managing HR issues, whether at Director or assistant level. They provide an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to meet, share ideas and discuss employment issues, learning from Employment lawyers and also their contemporaries.
