Garden Grabbing Seminar - 30th September 2010
‘Garden Grabbing’ is a controversial issue for those involved in property development. Frettens Solicitors and Tanner & Tilley are delighted to bring together their property development experts as well as the Head of Planning from Christchurch Borough Council in a seminar on this subject.
The seminar will address the recent changes to PPS3 to remove garden land from the definition of “previously developed land” and the lifting of the government guidance on minimum density. We will look at the legal issues that may effect the development, including covenants and easements,
as well as how the changes might be interpreted by the Council.
Speakers:
Oonagh McKinney - Commercial Property Partner at Frettens Solicitors.
Peter Tanner - Director at Tanner and Tilley Planning Consultants
Wayne Barraball - Head of Planning at Christchurch Borough Council.
