Careers
I am one of the 'veterans' in the firm now, having joined as a newly qualified solicitor of less than two years' qualifications at the beginning of 2009, and have worked my way up through Associateship, Head of Department to becoming a Partner in July 2021.

I can honestly say it is the only place I have ever worked where there are no ‘politics’ in the office. I have only been ‘flexibly working’ since the pandemic started, but I have to say it works really well for me and it has actually led me to be more productive.
