I like the range and variety of work Frettens offer for the size of the firm being large enough to attract good quality work without being a ‘big corporate’ where you are just a number and therefore able to take on more responsibility and have more autonomy at an earlier stage. Being a football referee I make use of the flex-time if I need to leave early to get to a midweek game. I find my colleagues friendly, sociable, approachable and not-stuffy.
