Frettens Solicitors are delighted to announce the latest recruit to their Commercial Property Team, Kerry Houston-Kypta.
Kerry joins Frettens from Turners Solicitors LLP having gained vast experience in the commercial property sector at a couple of other local firms previously. Her work consists predominantly of sales and purchases of commercial premises, both freehold and leasehold, and drafting and reviewing commercial leases. Kerry’s range of expertise also includes options and conditional contracts, the property aspects of corporate transactions and acting for property developers in acquisitions and plot sales.
Oonagh McKinney, a Partner at Frettens and head of the firm’s Commercial Property Team, says “We seem to have come through the worst part of the property slump, confidence in the market seems 
to be slowly returning and our team has had an extremely busy year. This increased workload has led to the search for a new team member and we are delighted to have appointed Kerry.
